Stop it. I've received some PMs asking for support at where it belongs in threads of their own, and I'm pretty sure some of the staff has received them too.

Private Messages are meant to chat privately, not to ask for support or anything similar. Support are meant to be in threads. This is so that anyone can answer, and you could probably get that answer sooner.
